Event Announcement
vivo has confirmed the vivo X300 series launch for October 13 in China. The event will unveil two models, the vivo X300 and the vivo X300 Pro. Both devices arrive ahead of the official MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC announcement, which will power the new series.
Design and Colors
The company highlighted its invisible design technology, using a deco lens design shaped like suspended water droplets. This effect is achieved with cold-sculpted glass, creating a smooth and premium finish. Color options include Lucky Color and Wilderness Brown, both inspired by nature. According to vivo, the velvety glass is non-slip, clear, and more comfortable to hold than promotional images suggest.
Camera and Hardware
vivo confirmed that the X300 Pro will use the Sony LYT828 main sensor, while the X300 will feature a 200MP HPB main camera. Notably, the same 200MP sensor will serve as a periscope lens in the Pro. Both phones introduce ultrasonic fingerprint 2.0 and dual UFS 4.1 4Lane storage for faster data speeds.
The front camera system is also a highlight. The entire series will carry a Zeiss 50MP autofocus lens with a 92-degree wide-angle view, ensuring sharp and detailed selfies.

Ecosystem Launches
Alongside smartphones, vivo will also unveil the vivo WATCH GT 2. This smartwatch runs on vivo’s in-house Blue OS 3 and offers an impressive 33-day battery life. The vivo TWS 5 and TWS 5 HiFi Edition will debut with 60dB active noise cancellation. The HiFi Edition will also support a full-link HiFi Master feature designed for the X300 series. Additionally, vivo plans to reveal the vivo Pad 5e, featuring a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and a 12.1-inch soft-light display.

The vivo X300 series launch marks an important step for the company. With a powerful Dimensity 9500 chipset, advanced camera systems, and refined design, the X300 and X300 Pro are set to strengthen vivo’s flagship portfolio.
